Light Curve Tool for Small Bodies

Generic Body Mode

Beta version for testing

This tool simulates rotational light curves for a generic 3D object. It also offers the possibility to represent the object projected onto the sky plane. The observer is fixed along the X-axis in the ecliptic reference frame (with north pointing toward the positive Z-axis), while the Sun rotates within the XY plane according to the phase angle specified by the user. Users can upload a custom shape model in .obj format or define the triaxial axes of an ellipsoid. The tool also provides options to select different photometric models and account for regions with varying albedo. For more details, please refer to the manual. In this video you have a usage example.
